To guarantee accuracy when dealing with your insurance company, it is very important that you bring your insurance information with you.  Remember: dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all, of the costs associated with your dental care. Reimbursement amounts are not, and never have been, a guideline for quality care.

We assist our patients with understanding and utilizing their insurance coverage. Dental insurance is a very complex subject; while it is not possible for us to know every detail, limit, or exclusion involved in all the plans we deal with, we endeavor to assist you in navigating your insurance coverage. We will submit your information to your insurance company for you. However, full payment for services rendered is due at the time of service. We offer several payment options for your convenience:

Q) Do you offer direct billing?

A) Yes we do! We are happy to submit a claim to your Insurance Company and only charge you for the portion which is not covered by Insurance. We do ask for a credit card number be kept on file so that any portion not covered by insurance can be charged directly to your credit card.

We accept all insurance plans; private, employee, as well as government coverage such as Provincial Health Benefits including, Child Health Benefits, AISH, Seniors ABC and AHC,as well as  Veterans Coverage and  NIHB (First Nations Dental Coverage.)

Q) What are my Financial Payment Options?

A) Paramount Dental does request payment in full for your portion of your bill at the time of service. We can arrange for you to prepay towards future treatment. We also work with you to prioritize a treatment plan that YOU choose is best for you. We do our best to help you understand what payment is due at each visit. A) Since every everyone’s situation is unique, it is best to contact us directly to discuss any financial concerns that you may have.
